What's new in FortiExtender 7.4.3

FortiExtender 7.4.3 offers the following new feature:

• Support modem firmware upgrade improvement from FortiGate.

You can also manually upload modem firmware to your FortiExtender devices by downloading the specific firmware images from the Fortinet Support site. The FortiEXtender Hardware and Modem Firmware Compatibility Matrix (https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiextender/7.4.3/hardware-and-modem-firmware-compatibility-matrix) lists all the modem firmware images and their file names on the Fortinet Support site.

To download the MODEM firmware:

1. Go to https://support.fortinet.com/Download/FirmwareImages.aspx.

2. From the Select Product pull down menu, choose FortiExtender.

3. Click Download.

4. Click MODEM-Firmware.

5. Choose your FortiExtender model.
