Special note

  • You MUST perform a factory reset on your device when downgrading from 4.0.3 to 3.3.x.
  • Upon reboot, Fortinet tries to discover FortiGate or Fortinet Cloud that manages it. It will get managed from a FortiGate if authorized on the FortiGate, or from the Cloud if deployed on Fortinet Cloud. Because of this, there could be a delay of a minute of two when the device is trying to connect back to FortiGate or Fortinet Cloud after reboot.
