Creating tenants

When you create a tenant, you must provide details of the primary tenant administrator to create their operator account.

Before you begin, ensure you have the following details ready for this administrator:

• first and last name
• username, and
• email address.

How to create a tenant

1. In the MSSP Console, select the Tenants tab.
2. Click Create tenant.
3. In the Create new tenant dialog box, do the following:
   1. In the Tenant name field, type the tenant name.
   2. In the Zone menu, do one of the following:
      • To store the tenant data in the US cloud, select US.
      • To store the tenant data in the EU cloud, select EU.
   3. In the Tenant URL field, type the URL to the tenant's FortiDLP Console in the format <tenantname>.reveal.nextdlp.com.
   4. In the Admin name field, type the first and last name of the primary tenant administrator.
   5. In the Admin username field, type the username of the primary tenant administrator.
   6. In the Admin email field, type the email address of the primary tenant administrator. A passphrase reset email will be sent to this address after you create the tenant.
      
   7. In the Licensed Agents field, type the number of Agent licenses to allocate to the tenant's environment.
   8. In the Expiry field, type or select the date for the tenant to expire.
   9. In the License type menu, do one of the following:
      • To create a proof of concept tenant, select Proof of concept.
      • To create a production tenant, select Customer.
        
   10. Click Create tenant.
