Tenants

Tenants

The MSSP Console's Tenants tab is where you view, create, and manage tenants.

Here, tenants display with the following details.

Tenant properties
Property Description
Name The tenant's name.
License type The tenant's license type, such as POC (proof of concept) or Customer.
Expiry The tenant's expiry date.
Licensed Agents The number of Agent licenses allocated to the tenant's environment.
Active Agents The number of Agents enrolled to the tenant that have been online during the last 30 days.
Cancelled The tenant's cancellation status, such as No (meaning the tenant is live) or Yes (meaning the tenant has been deactivated). A cancelled tenant will be removed from the MSSP Console after one month.
Open incidents The tenant's number of open incidents.
Tooltip

In the Tenants tab, you can:

  • click a tenant name to go to the Tenant details page, where you can view more information about that tenant. For more on this, see Viewing tenants.

  • click the Columns menu and add or remove columns from the table.

  • click the Items/page menu and increase or decrease the number of tenants shown on the page.

  • click to filter out an unwanted License type.

  • clickorto sort the Expiry, Licensed Agents, Active Agents, Cancelled, and Open incidents columns in ascending or descending order.

An Investigate link is also provided for each tenant, which directs you to the tenant's FortiDLP Console.

Name The tenant's name.
