Editing tenants

To modify a tenant's license, follow these steps.

How to edit a tenant
  1. In the MSSP Console, select the Tenants tab.
  2. Click the relevant tenant name.
  3. At the top of the page, click Edit license.
  4. Optionally, in the Update license dialog box, do the following:
    1. To edit the tenant's license type, in the License type menu, select one of the following options:
      • Proof of concept
      • Customer.
    2. To edit the number of Agent licenses allocated to the tenant's environment, in the Licensed Agents field, type the new number of licenses.
    3. To edit the expiry date for the tenant, in the Expiry field, type or select the new expiry date.
    4. To cancel the tenant's license, in the Cancelled menu, select Yes.
      Note

      Selecting Yes will not prevent access to the tenant's FortiDLP Console. To prevent access to the FortiDLP Console, contact Fortinet Support to request removal of the tenant.

  5. Click Save.
