    New AWS Risk Assessment Policy: "Abnormal EC2 Creation Alarm" - monitors the incremental changes of the number of vCPUs deployed on EC2 instances and the region where the vCPUs are deployed. Alerts are triggered when the number of vCPUs launched exceeded the minimum threshold or when the deployments come from non-designated regions.
