Documents

The Documents page shows all the files that FortiCWP is currently monitoring.

Document Search

Documents can be filter by cloud account type (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), file name, and file type (txt, doc, docx, xls,pdf, etc.)

Storage Resources allows you to look up documents in specific bucket or container of the cloud account.

Sensitive Data filters the documents by how they triggered the policies.

• Malwar: Files that triggered the DLP Anti-Virus Policy.
• Sensitive: Files that violate any Data Analysis policy. Click on the field to select a DLP data type listed.



• Clearn: Files that did not violate any policy.
