UUID Modified In AWS Account Onboarding

Background

When the UUID is modified in AWS CloudFormation or not included in AWS policy name in AWS IAM role creation, it will lead to configuration error in the AWS account onboarding process.

To fix the onboarding issue, please follow the solution guide.

Solution

Choose the corresponding AWS Add Account method and follow the solution to fix the configuration error in the onboarding process.

AWS Add Account Method Solution
Add One Account Automatically Delete the account on FortiCNP following the tutorial in Delete Cloud Account. Then add the account again.
Add One Account Manually Create policy and permission names with the UUID included and add the account again, for example " forticnp_basic_permission_UUID". Follow the tutorial guide in Add AWS Account Manually.
Add Multiple Accounts Delete the account on FortiCNP following the tutorial in Delete Cloud Account. Then add the accounts again.
Add AWS Organization Delete the account on FortiCNP following the tutorial in Delete Cloud Account. Then add the AWS organization again.

Background
