Configure Zoom Account Configuration
- Log into Zoom as the Account Owner or Admin.
- In the left control pane, go to ADMIN > User Management > Roles
- In Admin Role section, click on the
icon for Admin Role Settings. - In Role Settings tab, make sure the settings below are checked:
User and Permission Management
- Users: View
- Role management: View
Team Chat Management
- Chat Channels: View
- Chat messages: View
