What's new in this release

FortiOS 7.0.2 wireless includes the following changes:

• Location based services info of associated and unassociated wireless stations can now be retrieved through REST API.

• Supports assigning FortiAP-S and FortiAP-U bridge mode security profiles from the GUI.

• Supports authenticating wireless clients using MAC authentication and MPSK against a RADIUS server.

• Adds new wireless controller syslog profile which enables APs to send logs to the syslog server in FortiAP profiles.

• Adds FQDN support for FortiPresence server IP in FortiAP profiles.

• Supports Wi-Fi Alliance Hotspot 2.0 Release 3 specifications.

• Supports 802.11ax MCS rates configuration.
