The following image present a high-level overview of all the key features organized in a logical sequence that represents the interaction points of Admin and Learner with the Security Awareness and Training (SAT) Service:

Navigating the main screen

Security Awareness and Training Service resources are available from the main screen, including:

  1. Navigation menu icon

  2. Avatar icon

  3. Getting Started

Navigation Menu

The three vertical bars in the upper left-hand corner of the screen allow you to toggle the text references next to the Navigation Menu icons. Clicking this icon will toggle the text entries to display or hide (and only show the icons).

When text entries are displayed, the Navigation Menu will appear as follows:

Avatar

The avatar icon (this may show a picture of the user, if uploaded) shows more information about the user who is currently logged in to the system.

There are five avatar menu items available to the Administrator:

  • Profile: Clicking this item will display the Username, First Name, and Last name of the currently logged in Tenant Administrator.

  • Settings: Clicking this item will redirect the Tenant Admin back to the Learner App to set their language in the Learner App (the Admin Portal is only available in English). The Tenant Administrator will have to then click on the Launch Admin Portal button or via the avatar in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

  • Get Support: Clicking this icon will open a browser tab directing Administrators to the Security Awareness and Training support site. From here, Administrators can access FAQs, Knowledge Articles, and log in to the support portal to open support tickets to report problems or ask questions.

  • Visit Learner Experience: Clicking this icon will take the Tenant Administrator to the Learner Portal dashboard page.

  • Log out: Clicking this icon will log out the currently logged in Administrator.

Getting Started

In the lower right corner, there is a Getting Started button that provides Administrators information on using the system. Topics include:

  • Watch onboarding video

  • Setup your account

    • Verify your domains

      • Add and verify the domains and sub-domains that you want to use for your Security Awareness and Training Service.

    • Authentication

      • Enable single sign-on (SSO) to allow your users to log in with your existing authentication methods.

    • Upload users

      • Upload or add new users. Users can be assigned roles, enrolled in campaigns, and be sent reports.

    • Account management

      • Manage your client accounts and view the details of your account contracts.

    • Customize appearance

      • Customize the branding and colors for your Security Awareness and Training Service.

  • Monitor campaigns

    • Setup remediation rules

      • Select remediation rules for your campaigns to determine the course of action if your users struggle during a campaign.

    • Create reports

      • Reporting allows you to receive and send reports on the progress of your students as they progress through the campaign.

  • Need Help?

    • Send an email by opening a case using the Need help? link at the bottom of the Getting Started interface.

If you select the Hide Getting Started link, the Getting Started pop-up button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen is removed. To re-add it, click on the Open Getting Started link in the lower left-hand side of the screen.

Avatar
