The following information is available on the dashboard:

Chart Name

Description

Device Onboarding

Total number of FortiGates registered under the FortiCloud account, and the number of devices in each of the below stages:

  • Onboarded: Number of FortiGates onboarded to the service.
  • Onboarding in Progress: Number of FortiGates in the process of being onboarded.
  • Not Onboarded: Number of FortiGates with a Managed FortiGate Service entitlement but not yet onboarded.
  • Not Entitled: Number of FortiGates without a Managed FortiGate Service entitlement.
Device Subscription

Managed FortiGate Service entitlement status for onboarded devices:

  • Good: MFGS entitlement expires in more than 90 days.
  • Expiring in 90 days: MFGS entitlement expires in 90 days or less.
  • Expiring in 60 days: MFGS entitlement expires in 60 days or less.
  • Expiring in 30 days: MFGS entitlement expires in 30 days or less.
  • Expired: MFGS entitlement is expired.
Device Monitoring

Management tunnel and configuration status for onboarded devices.

Tunnel status:

  • Green: Management tunnel between managed device and FortiManager Cloud is UP.
  • Red: Management tunnel between managed device and FortiManager cloud is DOWN.

Config status:

  • Synchronized: FortiManager Cloud configuration (revision history) is aligned with the managed device configuration.
  • Out of sync: FortiManager Cloud configuration (revision history) does not match the configuration on the managed device.
  • Unknown: Unable to determine because the managed device is not reachable.

Open Changes

Change requests grouped by change type:

  • Standard: Low risk change that is accessed according to the change management process in place.
  • Normal: Intermediary risk change that is assessed according to the change management process in place.
  • Emergency: Business critical changes that must be implemented as soon as possible, potentially in response to an issue or a security breach. The process for assessment and authorization is expedited to ensure quick implementation.

Change Status

Status of open Request for Change (RFC):

  • New: A new Service Request has been opened and is pending assignment. The action is with the MFGS team.
  • Researching: The MFGS team is researching the technical data and will contact you to discuss their findings. The action is with the MFGS team.
  • Awaiting Customer Feedback: The MFGS team has requested additional information to continue their analysis and is awaiting feedback. The action is with the customer.
  • RcvdCustFB: Set automatically for any new customer comment posted. The action is with the MFGS team.

  • Scheduled: The Change Request is scheduled to take place at the specified date and time. The action is with the MFGS team.
  • PendCloseConf: The MFGS team fulfilled the request. The action is with the customer to close the request.

  • Completed: The service request has been fulfilled and it's now closed.

  • Canceled: The service request has been canceled due to unforseen events.

  • On Hold/Blocked: Standard processing is currently On Hold.

Change Calendar

The calendar of scheduled RFC implementations detailing the Change ID, Title, and Date/Time.
