Bug ID Description
1273256 After upgrading to v8.0.5 from versions prior to v8.0.4, the Client Management monitor GUI may appear empty. This is due to a change in the Redis database persistence format from RDB snapshots to Append Only Files (AOF). While the upgrade process now automatically deletes the legacy database file to save disk space, existing client management data is not migrated to the new format. Data persistence for this feature is currently under investigation for a future release.

In environments where FortiWeb is integrated into the Fortinet Security Fabric, the connection status may display as "Authorize pending" on the FortiGate after upgrading to FortiWeb 8.0.5. This occurs because the upgrade process triggers a renegotiation of the Fabric synchronization tokens, requiring a manual refresh of the trust relationship.

Workaround: To restore the connection, deauthorize the FortiWeb unit on the FortiGate and then re-authorize it.
