Downloading FortiVoice VM software
FortiVoice deployment packages are included with FortiVoice firmware images on the Customer Service & Support site. First, select the VM deployment package for your VM platform.

The firmware images FTP directory is organized by firmware version, major release, and patch release. The firmware images in the directories follow a specific naming convention and each firmware image is specific to the device model.
To download the FortiVoice VM deployment package
- Go to the Customer Service & Support website.
- Log in to your account or create one.
- Select Support > Firmware Download.
- In Select Product, select FortiVoiceEnterprise.
- Click the Download tab and navigate to the 6.4.0 folder.
- Review the list to locate the FVE_VM-64-v64-buildnnnn-FORTINET.out.ovf.zip file.
- To download the file, go near the end of the row and click HTTPS.
- Extract the contents of the deployment package to a new file folder.
