Downloading the firmware image file
Access the Fortinet Support website and download the firmware image file for the version that you want to upgrade to.
- Go to the Fortinet Support website.
- Log in to your existing account or register for an account.
- Select Support > Firmware Download.
- In Select Product, select FortiVoice.
- Select the Download tab and navigate to the folder for the firmware version that you are upgrading to.
- To download the firmware image file to your management computer, go to the end of the row and click HTTPS.
- Save the file on your management computer.
- Take note of the location where you save the file.
