Downloading a voicemail

Downloading a voicemail

You can download a voicemail to a Waveform Audio (WAVE) file in PCM format or a MP3 file.

  1. Go to Voicemail.
  2. In the list, locate the voicemail that you want to download.
  3. At the beginning of the row, select the checkbox for that voicemail.
  4. Click .
  5. Select to save the file and click OK.
