Viewing auto dialer reports

Auto Dialer > Report allows you to view the status of the auto dialer campaigns. Reports include the following details:

  • Campaign ID and name
  • Call status
  • Campaign duration
  • Total of calls
  • Number of answered and unanswered calls
  • Number of retries
  • Campaign start time
