Creating a VPC
- Assuming this is a new environment, create a virtual private cloud (VPC) first.
In the Alibaba Cloud web console, click ElasticComputer Service > Network & Security > VPC.
- Click Create VPC.
- Configure the following settings.
- Click OK.
- Go to VPC > VSwitches, click Create VSwitch to create different VSwitches for the traffic port. You need to create at least three VSwitches, one for the management port, and two for the traffic port.

| IPv4 CIDR Block | Specify the IPv4 CIDR Block for this VPC. |

| Name | Enter a name for the VSwitch. |
| Zone | Select the zone of the VSwitch. In later steps, you should deploy FortiTester-VM in the same zone. |

Specify the IPv4 CIDR Block for this VSwitch. It should be a subnet of the VPC. |
