Renewing FortiSRA-VM license

To renew FortiSRA-VM license:

1. Purchase a new license for the appropriate number of seats.
2. Copy the Contract Registration Code and save it for later user.
3. You can register the code to FortiCloud by either:
   1. Registering via the FortiSRA GUI:
      1. Log in to FortiSRA and go to System > FortiGuard License.
      2. In License Information, click Enter Registration Code.

         The Enter Registration Code window opens.

         

      3. In Registration Code, enter the Contract Registration Code that you saved in step 2.
      4. Click OK.
      5. Click Apply.
   2. Registering directly on FortiCloud:
      1. Go to FortiCloud and create a new account or log in with an existing account.

         The Asset Management portal opens.

      2. Go to Products > Product List.
      3. Double-click your FortiSRA unit, and in Registration, select Renew Contract.
      4. Enter the Contract Registration Code that you earlier saved in step 2 in the Contract Number field.
      5. In Choose End User Type, select your end user type as either government or a non-government user.

         

      6. Click Next and follow the prompts to complete renewing the license.

         In Entitlement, click Show Contracts to see the contracts with their expiration dates.
