RabbitMQ clustering across all active HA nodes

• FortiSOAR Cloud 7.6.2 enhances its High Availability (HA) architecture with RabbitMQ clustering across active HA nodes. With this improvement, message queues are mirrored across the cluster, increasing resilience and reducing downtime during node transitions.
