Diagnostic Logs

Diagnostic Logs

Diagnostic logs allow the FortiSandbox support team to collect information for troubleshooting purposes. When enabled, users can record and view system internal logs and CLI histories.

To enable or disable Diagnostic Logs:
  1. Go to Logs & Report > Log Settings > Diagnostic Logs.
  2. Enable or disable Kernal Logs or CLI Logs.
