Administration Guide

Loading artifacts from a CDN

Loading artifacts from a CDN

To improve GUI performance, loading static GUI artifacts cached in CDN (content delivery network) servers closer to the user instead of the FortiProxy can be enabled. This allows the GUI to load more quickly with less latency for administrators who are accessing the FortiProxy remotely. Upon failure, the files fall back to loading from the FortiProxy. The CDN is only used after successful administrator logins.

To configure loading static GUI files from a CDN:
config system global
    set gui-cdn-usage {enable | disable}
end
