The FortiPhish Alert Button now features a new user interface and includes separate XML files for Exchange Server and Exchange Online/Microsoft 365 to support Microsoft Graph API.

Exchange Online/Microsoft 365 and hybrid users must update by October 2025 to ensure continued functionality as Microsoft phases out legacy tokens. Refer to the FortiPhish Administration Guide for detailed configuration steps.

The following new features and enhancements are added.

• You can now export a detailed campaign statistics to a CSV file. This export includes recipient risk grades, risk scores, email actions, user-agent details, action timestamps, and geo-locations.

• New URL and Landing Page Domains are added and available for selection during campaign creation.

• During campaign creation, the Select Target Group page now displays the number of members in a group.

You can now export group and smart group members information to a CSV file. This export includes member information, risk grade, risk score, and any synced Azure AD attributes.

The User Information page now displays synced Azure AD attributes within the existing User Info card and displays the user's manager in Manager card, if available.
