Step 1: Create Containers

Create Containers for logical grouping of network devices.

1. Navigate to Network > Inventory.

   

2. Under the Containers tab, click Add.

   

3. Specify container name and any desired notes. Example: Houston, Bldg 8, Fl 2

4. Click OK.

5. Containers appear in the left panel. Once devices are added, they will appear in the tree under the appropriate container

   

Note: At this time, containers cannot be nested.
