Topology scenarios
The fgfm protocol supports four basic scenarios:

FortiManager on a routable public IP address / FortiGate behind NAT.

FortiManager is behind NAT / FortiGate on routable public IP address.

Both units have routable public IP addresses.

Mixed topology.
