WiFi profiles for central management

WiFi profiles for central management

WiFi Profiles allows you to create and manage profiles that can be assigned to managed FortiAP devices.

Settings may vary for different ADOM versions.
To use WiFi profiles in central management:
  1. Enable central management of access points.

    See Enabling FortiAP central management.

  2. Create profiles. AP Manager in central management includes the following profiles:
    SSIDs
    Operation Profiles
    Connectivity Profiles

    Protection Profiles

    WiFi Settings

  3. Assign profiles to FortiAP devices.

    See Assigning profiles to FortiAP devices.

  4. Install FortiAP profiles to devices.

    On the Device Manager pane, select the FortiGate device that controls the FortiAP device, then select Install > Install Config from the toolbar, and follow the prompts in the wizard. See Installing changes to FortiAP devices.

WiFi profiles for central management

WiFi Profiles allows you to create and manage profiles that can be assigned to managed FortiAP devices.
