Installing the Plugin on Outlook

Go to Fortinet Support and login with your support account.

Go to Download (Firmware Images) page and choose “FortiMail” product.

Go to the Download tab and open the Plugins folder. Choose the correct file to download for your email client.

After you download the file, you can install it on your desktop along with your outlook email client.

Double click the installation file. Follow the instructions to install the plugin.

In Outlook, when you click New Email you will see an extra button Secure Send Encryption as below. To send secure email, you use the Secure Send Encryption button instead of the Send button.
