profile geoip-group

Use this command to create groups of GeoIP addresses.

FortiMail utilizes the GeoIP database to map the geographical locations of client IP addresses. You can use GeoIP groups in access control rules and IP-based policies to geo-target sources of spam and viruses.

Syntax

config profile geoip-group

edit <geoip-group_name>

set description <description_str>

set country {ZZ O1 AD...}

end

Variable	Description	Default
<geoip-group_name>	Enter a unique name for the group.
description <description_str>	Enter a description.
country {ZZ O1 AD...}	Assign countries to the GeoIP address group. Enter set country ? to display all available countries. For multiple countries, separate each entry with a space.
