Additional Notes

Note the following while using FortiLAN Cloud.

• The upgrade process completion takes approximately 30 minutes if you try to upgrade multiple FortiAPs (count in 3 digits or more) simultaneously.
• Certain GUI actions are not successfully completed when both Wireless and Switch are accessed in the same browser. Clearing the browser cookie for the FortiCloud domain and retrying may resolve this issue. Fortinet recommends that you access both portals simultaneously in different browsers or in an incognito tab in the same browser.
• If you have different existing accounts for FortiAP and FortiSwitch access, you can login using either of the accounts with complete access to the FortiLAN Cloud GUI. However, if the user role differs then the FortiAP account setting is applied, for example, if you have admin access for FortiAP and viewer access for FortiSwitch then you are given admin access to FortiSwitch as well.
