    Upgrading FortiAuthenticator OS

    Upgrading FortiAuthenticator OS

    FortiIdentity Cloud requires FortiAuthenticator (FAC) version 6.4.0 or later, or 6.5.0 or later. Be sure to upgrade your FortiAuthenticator to a supported version, if needed.
    To upgrade your FAC OS:
    1. Log into your FAC device.
    2. From the menu (on the left), click System>Firmware.
    3. Click Browse to browse for FAC version 6.4.x/6.5.x.
    4. Follow the instructions onscreen to complete upgrading your FAC OS on the device.
