Installing the FortiFone softclient

Go to the Fortinet Customer Service & Support website.
Log in to your account or register for an account.
Select Support > Firmware Download.
In Select Product, select FortiVoiceUCDesktop.
Click the Download tab.
Navigate to the folder containing the release build that you want to install.
Locate the file for your operating system.
To download the file to your computer, go to the end of the row and click HTTPS.
Save the file to your computer.
To start the installation, double-click the file.
Follow the installation prompts.

To install the FortiFone softclient for desktop:

Select Support > Firmware Download.

In Select Product, select FortiVoiceUCDesktop.

Click the Download tab.

Navigate to the folder containing the release build that you want to install.

Locate the file for your operating system.

To download the file to your computer, go to the end of the row and click HTTPS.

Save the file to your computer.

To start the installation, double-click the file.

Follow the installation prompts.
