Known issues

The following known issues have been identified in FortiExtender 7.6.5. For inquiries about a particular bug, visit the Fortinet Support website.

Bug ID	Description
0720017	SMS notification is not supported on FortiExtender 511F, 311F, or 101F.
0952615	To avoid a known Quectel RACH issue on FEX-511F, Fortinet has disabled T-Mobile 5G Band n41.
1013515	The maximum number of USB OBM connections supported for the following FortiExtender models is 11 ports: FEX-201E, FEX-211E, FEX-101F, FEX-200F, FEX-201F, FEX-202F, FEX-212F, FEX-311F, and FEX-511F. However, depending on the type of USB-serial adapter you use, the number of USB OBM connections may be limited to 8 ports. When using a 1-16 USB-Serial adapter, those models can only detect 8 ports. When using a 1-4 USB hub with three or four 1-4 USB-Serial adapters, those models can detect 11 ports. For more information, see OBM management in the FortiExtender Admin Guide (Standalone).
1228910	A modem vendor issue prevents PAP username/password-based APN authentication from working with T-Mobile on FEX-101G and 211G models in Germany.
