Troubleshooting
This chapter describes how to troubleshoot various problems that you may encounter in the FortiEDR system.
For debugging and troubleshooting, Fortinet Support may request that you provide the logs for the FortiEDR devices deployed in your organization (Collectors, Cores, Aggregators). You may refer to Exporting logs for details about how to do so. |
If your system includes the Forensics add-on, you can use the Retrieve Memory function to retrieve memory related to a specific stack on a specific Collector. For more details, you may refer to Retrieving memory. |
