| eSIM Support |
The FortiExtender 211G series now supports eSIMs for cellular connectivity. FortiEdge Cloud GUI provides the initial step for provisioning the eSIMs. Enable the appropriate standard SIM slot (SIM1 or SIM2) in the FortiEdge Cloud Modem Settings (Extender > Profile > Modem1 Settings). Enabling the SIM here activates the corresponding eSIM slot on the device. Note: This cloud configuration is only the first step. You must log into the FortiExtender GUI to perform the remaining steps required to fully provision and activate the eSIM profile. For more information, see FortiExtender Admin Guide (Standalone). |
