Generating system reports for offline analysis
When requesting support from FortiCare, it can be useful to add an Offline Analysis file to the TAC ticket from FortiDDoS.
To download system reports:
- Go to System > Maintenance > Backup & Restore
- Click Download under Generate system reports for offline analysis
At a minimum, this gzipped file contains the system configuration and debug files if present. Later firmware releases will expand the content of this file.
