Advanced Service and Incident Response portal integration

The Advanced Service (AS) and Incident Response (IR) functionalities of the Advanced Services portal have been migrated to the FortiCare portal. The legacy Advanced Services portal is still accessible in the Support menu. AS and IR functionality in the FortiCare portal is controlled through the IAM user's permissions.
