Sets KA policy config rate limiter specific configurations

Options

  -h, --help                                        help for ka
      --ka.auto_adjust_policy_config_limit string   Enable / disable policy config limit auto adjusting
      --ka.policy_config_limit string               Set policy config distribution limit
      --ka.policy_config_limit_percentage string    Set percentage of policy config pushes per keepalive
      --ka.policy_config_limiter_enabled string     Enable / disable the policy config distribution limiter
      --ka.policy_config_window string              Set how many keepalives before the policy config limit refreshes
