    When FortiClient Telemetry is connected to FortiGate or EMS, you may be unable to disable web filtering.

    You can disable web filtering if EMS has not locked FortiClient and web filtering is excluded from FortiGate compliance rules.

    On the Web Filter tab, click Disable.
