Resolved issues

The resolved issues listed below do not list every bug that has been corrected with this release. For inquires about a particular bug, please contact Fortinet Customer Service & Support.

• Analytics page view issue.

• When exporting a chart in Analytics, the downloaded image is in dark mode and does not display properly.

• Custom time range in AI search does not work properly.

• No "Enter search mode" button when going to camera video from the Manage camera page.

• Camera search issue in different time zone.

• Image export issue in Charts.

• License plate number should support character * and ?.

• Cannot disable camera's cloud mode on FortiRecorder although the camera has been removed the cloud.

• AI search and playback still works after the camera license expires.

• Face ID search is not clickable in some cases.

• Disabling "Select Video Profile" in camera video settings won't take effect.

• In some cases, a new camera added to the cloud did not get configured for recording.

• Motion detection setting inconsistencies.

• The export process does not show the percentage while exporting a clip.

• Video grid zoom issue.

• Analytics setting is missing on the Manage camera page.
