Added a failure message and failure icon on the FortiSOAR MEA Configuration Wizard for provisioning failures

• If the FortiSOAR MEA Configuration Wizard fails when provisioning your instance, then the "The FortiSOAR MEA system provisioning has failed" message and a failure icon for that component are both displayed on the configuration wizard.
