Manage storage policy

Manage storage policy

You can manage the storage policy of each storage pool from the Actions column on the Data page.

To manage a data policy:
  1. From the Data page, select a Storage Pool and click Actions > Manage Data Policy.

    The Manage Data Policy dialog opens:

  2. In the Keep Logs For field, select the number of days you want to store the data in the system.

    FortiAnalyzer-BigData removes the data from the system after the selected number of days.

  3. Click OK.
To manage disk allocation:
  1. From the Data page, click Manage Disk Allocation.

    The Manage Disk Allocation dialog opens:

  2. For each storage pool, move the slider in the Disk Allocated column to configure the maximum amount of data you want to store in the system.

    FortiAnalyzer-BigData removes the data from the system after the data size exceeds the selected number.

  3. Click OK.
