Priority and Secure RMA

Priority RMA (PRMA) is the fast track RMA service for advanced product acquisition. You can review, add, and edit Priority RMA contracts from the Priority RMA page. This page can also be leveraged to review, add, and edit Secure RMA (SRMA) contracts.

Select the Serial Number dropdown arrow to review an expanded list of the SKUs.

Note

The ELA Portal does not verify service availability or location. Customer address details and service provisioning is included in the service setup. You can change the location of an appliance by contacting customer service. However, this is subject to service availability at the new address. Therefore, it may not be possible to perform some PRMA service upgrades in the ELA Portal, such as upgrading from a four hour courier to a four hour onsite engineer.
