Creating a FortiCloud account

Create a FortiCloud Account to get started.

To create a FortiCloud account:

1. Go to https://support.fortinet.com.

2. Select Create Account.

   

3. Enter your email address in the Account Email field.

4. If you are not a government user, click Create Account.

5. If you are a government user:

   1. Select I am a government user.

   2. Click Register. A dialog is displayed for government user type confirmation.

      

   3. Follow the steps in the dialog if you are a U.S. Federal Government user or select No, Just Proceed.

6. Select the hCaptcha field.

   

7. Click Get Email Verification Code. An email that includes a verification code is sent to your inputted email address.

8. Enter the provided verification code in the Email Verification Code field.

   

9. Click Next.

10. Enter a secure password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.

    

11. Click Next.

12. Enter the required account information.

    

13. Click Submit. The Fortinet Service Terms & Conditions open.

14. After reading through the terms and conditions, select I have read, understood and accepted the contract stated above.

15. Click Accept. A confirmation message is displayed.

    

16. Click Complete.

17. Sign in with your newly created account credentials. The Fortinet Inc. terms and conditions will display.

18. Read through the terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and accept them.

19. Click Accept.
