    execute forticloud

    Use this command to manage and diagnose the integration with FortiCloud services, such as the automated FortiCloud Sandbox. It allows you to manually trigger connection updates and view real-time diagnostic connectivity information.

    Syntax

    execute forticloud {update|show}

    Setting

    Description
    update Manually triggers an immediate connection update to FortiCloud. This forces the system to refresh contract details and discover available service regions without waiting for the automatic synchronization cycle.
    show Displays detailed status and connection information for the FortiCloud integration, including the configuration type, selected data residency region, and backend Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) logging server destinations.

    Examples

    FortiADC-VM # execute forticloud update
                             Region: Global
                             connectivity status: Connected

    FortiADC-VM # execute forticloud show
                          Status: enable
                           Type: cloud
                           Region: Global
                           Connection: Connected
