RDP sessions are terminated (disconnect) unexpectedly.

If a customer is running FortiOS 6.2.3 with FSSO, they will run into a situation that causes sessions to disappear and traffic to no longer match any session.

This happens when two types of sessions are active, one that is authenticated and another that is not authentication-based but has the same user information in the session (such as by passing through a firewall policy), if the authenticated session is changed (such as logging off), it will also clear the non-authenticated session.
