Log information

Log types

Each log message contains a Type field that indicates its source.

Type	Description
Traffic	FortiIsolator traffic events, with sub-types of Antivirus and Web Filter.
Event	FortiIsolator events other than traffic.

Log message format

The FortiIsolator log messages contain the following sections:

• Date: Date of the log event.

• Time: Log events time in UTC format.

• Time Zone: Log events time zone in UTC format.

• Level: Severity level with the following possible values:

  • Alert

  • Error

  • Critical

  • Warning

  • Notice

  • Info

  • Debug

• Contents: Detailed description about the log.
