Adding a Relying Party Trust in AD FS

Perform the following steps to add a relying party trust in AD FS.

1. Log in to the AD FS management console.

2. Right click Relying Party Trusts and click Add Relying Party Trust. The Add Relying Party Trust Wizard is displayed.

   

3. Select Claims aware option and click Start.

   

4. Select Import data about relying party from a file option.

5. Browse and select previously exported metadata file.

   

6. Click Next.

7. Enter a display name and click Next.

   

8. Choose an access policy based on your requirements and click Next.

   

9. Review the settings and click Next.

   

10. Click Close.
