A-A FGCP cluster

FortiGates work in a cluster in an active-active (A-A) manner. An A-A high availability (HA) cluster consists of a primary unit that receives all communication sessions and load balances them among the primary and all subordinate units. In an A-A cluster, the subordinate units are also considered active since they also process content processing sessions. In all other ways, A-A HA operates the same as active-passive HA. For IPS operation, you must enable the load-balance-all parameter to balance traffic applied with the IPS profile.
