Customers who are interested in a Service Review can submit a Service Request from the service portal. Fortinet SOCaaS Service Delivery Managers (SDM) will contact the customer to schedule a time for the Service Review.

Why is the Service Review not scheduled automatically?

By offering Service Reviews through service requests, we can better cater to the diverse needs of our customers, ensuring that we provide valuable support to those who require it while not overwhelming those who prefer not to engage in Service Reviews.
