Introduction

The FortiSIEM management extension application (MEA) is an all-in-one, seamlessly integrated and service-oriented solution that provides a collector to collect logs and performance metrics from geographically disparate networks for FortiSIEM that can be enabled in FortiAnalyzer.

Requirements

To run the FortiSIEM Collector management extension application, the following requirements must be met.

• FortiAnalyzer 7.0.1 or above

• FortiSIEM Supervisor, Worker, Collectors 6.3.0 or above.

• FortiSIEM Linux Agent 6.3.0 or above.

• FortiSIEM Windows Agent 4.1.2 or above.

FortiSIEM Collector management extension application system resource requires:

• CPU: minimum 4 vCPU. 8 vCPU recommended for high EPS situations.

• Memory: minimum 4GB, recommended 8GB
